We offer free delivery on all products excluding the bulk ones. The amount of the order will be refunded if the order is canceled or undelivered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by us

After placing the order you will receive an acknowledgment email from our end which will include the details including the name of the product, order number, billing amount, product SKU and more. We reserve the right to cancel any order with us without any prior notice to the customer. Generally, the orders are canceled from our end in case (a) we don’t have the required product in stock; (b) you may not have provided us with the correct address; (c) there may be some payment or transport-related issues; (d) some uncertain technical glitches may occur with the system.

As we deal in handicraft products there are chances of some minor variation in fabric or printing style. Since most of our products are hand-printed, embroidered, and hand-weave we do not guarantee each product to have a similar pattern or to have a machine-like finish.

Cancellation by you

The order of purchased goods can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it or before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. One must call us with the contact number provided on our website and intimate us with the order number along with the name and address details to get your order canceled. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the amount debited for the order will be refunded within 7 working days of cancellation.
